With the help of Colliers International|West Michigan, packaging manufacturer Display Pack has leased its building at 660 West St. in Cedar Springs, Michigan. J-Star Motion, a Chinese manufacturer that produces desk bases, signed a lease for 112,400 square feet.

Colliers worked with Display Pack to purchase the former Wolverine World Wide facility at 660 West St. in 2015, and Franklin Partners purchased Display Pack’s former facility at 1340 Monroe NW in Grand Rapids. Display Pack purchased the 372,000-square-foot building, which exceeded its space needs, so it signed a lease for 150,000 square feet back to WWW that ends Dec. 31, 2017.

Colliers advisors John Kuiper, Duke Suwyn and Marcusse represented Display Pack and provided marketing services for 660 West St. Doug Taatjes, partner and associate broker at NAI, represented J-Star Motion.
