With the help of Colliers International, Tameica Greene has purchased the River Wood Apartments in Milwaukee.
Greene paid $2.3 million to purchase the apartments at 1200 Singer Circle.
Joe Eldredge and Tom Shepherd with Colliers International brokered the deal.
