Colliers International’s Cincinnati office recently closed a 23,440-square-foot office lease in Blue Ash, Ohio, in the Cincinnati market.
LendKey Technologies is renting the space in a 140,013-square-foot Class-A office building at 9999 Carver Road owned by VanTrust Real Estate. The lease’s length is 10 years.
