Colliers International helped closed the sale of 39.5 acres of commercial land at SEC 135th and Greenwood Street in Olathe, Kansas.
The McKee/Larson Family Group, represented by Colliers, sold the property to Menard Inc.
Robert Galamba of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller. Bob Johnson of R.H. Johnson represented the buyer.
