Colliers International|Wisconsin recently arranged a 40,000-square-foot office lease in Pewaukee, Wis., to Waterstone Mortgage Corporation.
Waterstone Mortgage will be the sole tenant in the former GE Medical Systems building located in the Pewaukee Business Center.
