Colliers International Ann Arbor recently closed the lease of 7,026 square feet in the historic First National Building in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan.
This lease encompassed the entire second floor of 201 S. Main St., which is one of the iconic buildings in Ann Arbor.
Brendan Cavender and Jim Chaconas of Colliers International Ann Arbor were the sole brokers in this transaction, representing the tenant, Lakeside Software, and the landlord, First Martin Corp.
Lakeside Software will be expanding and relocating its current Ann Arbor offices to the new location.
