With the help of Colliers International, Woodend Industrial II, LLC leased 78,657 square feet of industrial space at 9601 Woodend Road in Edwardsville, Kansas, to WEG Electric Corp.
Ed Elder, Doug Hedrick and John Stafford of Colliers International represented the landlord. Tom Haverty of Colliers represented the tenant.
