Colliers International closed the lease of an 80,644-square-foot office building at Oakley Station in Cincinnati.
Anthem’s signing of the lease begins the first phase in a two-phase project at Oakley Station. The second stage will include two more office buildings of 50,000 and 150,000 square feet.
The Offices at Oakley Station are part of a 74-acre mixed-use campus that includes office, retail, grocery stores, restaurants and apartments.
Chris Vollmer, John Schenk and Chris Vollmer Jr. of Colliers International’s Cincinnati office represented the landlord, Al. Neyer.
