Colliers International|Omaha arranged the investment sale of the North Park II Portfolio, a two-property portfolio comprised of 220,526 square feet, located at 120th & Blondo in Omaha, Nebraska.
Michael Miller and Jeffrey Wyatt represented the seller, Wells Fargo Bank. The buyer was CapRocq Core, an Arkansas-based real estate partnership.
The North Park II Portfolio consisted of two properties, 2121 and 2525 North 117th Street. The buildings are located in the North Park Business Park, a corporate environment with significant amenities, restaurants and services.
