Colliers International closed the lease of 123,750 square feet of warehouse space in the Airport Distribution Center at 10725 Harrison Road in Romulus, Mich.
Michael Yamada of Colliers International represented the tenant, Nippon Express USA, Inc., in this lease transaction.
Nippon is one of the largest freight forwarders in the world. Yamada has represented most of the company’s Midwest branch offices for more than two decades.
