Colliers International Detroit has closed the lease of 5,400 square feet of retail space at Wisner Plaza, located at 1000 N. Wisner St. in Jackson, Mich.
Kent Butler of Colliers International represented the tenant, Once Upon a Child, the largest kids resale franchise in North America. The children’s store buys and sells gently used clothing and baby supplies.
Max Goldman and Matthew Seeley, also of Colliers International, represented the landlord, Wedge Investments, Inc., in this lease transaction.
