Colliers International Ann Arbor has successfully leased two floors totaling 4,000 square feet of a historic building in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The property is located at 213 S. Main St., and is currently undergoing significant renovations.
Brendan Cavender and Jim Chaconas of Colliers International Ann Arbor were the sole brokers in the deal, representing both the landlord, Dr. Reza Rahmani, and the tenant, engineering firm Danlaw, Inc. The historic property is located in the heart of Ann Arbor’s iconic Main Street corridor.
