Carma Labs has leased 18,600 square feet of industrial space at 9650 S. 54th St. in Franklin, Wis., thanks to the help of Colliers International.

Colliers also helped Compassionate Care Hospice of WI LLC lease 3,068 square feet of office space at 16655 Bluemound Road in Brookfield, Wis. Matt Fahey, Joe Lak and Sal Strehlow with Colliers brokered this deal.
