Bajco Wisconsin, LLC has renewed 1,438 square feet of retail space at 7979 N. Sherman Road in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. Colliers’ Sagmoen and Berg also closed this transaction.
WI-Care LLC renewed its lease and expanded to 2,692 square feet of office space at 16655 W. Bluemound Road in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Matt Fahey, Sal Strehlow and MacKenzie Krueger of Colliers brokered this deal.
