The 310-unit South Hudsonville Self-Storage in Hudsonville, Michigan, is the fifth storage facility in West Michigan for the company Your Space Self Storage based in West Michigan.
The South Hudsonville facility boasts high-quality block construction. Separate meters and climate control for certain units make this facility more energy efficient and help it reduce its carbon footprint. By the end of September, customers will be able to go online to rent storage units at South Hudsonville Self-Storage, ranging from 5-feet-by-10-feet to 18-feet-by-60-feet.
Matt Abraham and Trent Wieringa with Colliers International|West Michigan were the selling agents for this transaction, with David Rapp, an investment associate at Colliers International|West Michigan, representing the buyer, Your Space Self Storage.
South Hudsonville Self-Storage is made up of nine storage buildings and an office. It joins Your Space Self Storage’s current holdings of 1,500 units in four other locations across West Michigan.
