Colliers International in Greater Cincinnati recently closed the sale of a freestanding Buffalo Wild Wings in Beavercreek, Ohio.
Ohio Investment Services completed the sale of the single-tenant building for $1.925 million to a private California-based investor represented by Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
The seller was represented by Jeff Johnston, Chris Prosser and Steve Timmel, all brokerage senior vice presidents with Colliers International.
The 6,000-square-foot building was originally built in 1999 on 1.87 acres as a build-to-suit for Buffalo Wild Wings.
