Colliers International in greater Cincinnati in February closed the sale of two retail centers in the Cincinnati area, Kings Mall I and Eastgate Square.
The two centers sold for a combined value of more than $14 million.
Kings Mall I, an H.H. Gregg-anchored shopping center located in Mason, Ohio, sold for $7.875 million. Cincinnati’s Eastgate Square, shadow-anchored by a Wal-Mart Super Center, sold for $6.4 million.
Jeff Johnston, Chris Prosser and Steve Timmel, all brokerage senior vice presidents with Colliers International Ohio Investment Services, represented the sellers, SSC Kings Mall, LLC and SSC Eastgate Square, LLC.
