Colliers International’s Milwaukee office closed several recent deals.
Lawrence Allen Kolbe has leased 6,110 square feet of office space at 375 Bishops Woods in Brookfield, Wis. Mike Wanezek and Dan Wroblewski with Colliers brokered the deal.
S&G Kenosha, LLC, has purchased a building at 7426 12th St. in Kenosha, Wis. The building sold for $250,000. Pat Hake and Russ Sagmoen with Colliers closed the transaction.
Menzel Properties LLC bought a building at 2101 S. 37th St. in Milwaukee. The building fetched a price tag of $900,000. Hake and Steve Stewart of Colliers closed the sale.
