Cassiday Schade leased 3,402 square feet of office space at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave., Suite 575, in Milwaukee. Matt Fahey and Dan Wroblewski of Colliers International brokered the transaction.
Arca Recycling renewed 16,400 square feet of industrial space at 2200 E. Coolidge Ave. in Cudahy, Wisconsin. Colliers’ Bill Langhoff brokered this deal.
And Midwest Auto Recycling renewed 20,988 square feet of industrial space at 2100 E. College Ave. in Cudahy. Langhoff again closed this transaction.
