Arbor Square Plaza, LLC has sold the 27,816-square-foot retail center located on a 3.63-acre site at 4003 Carpenter Rd. in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
The purchaser, VDG Arbor Square, LLC, will take ownership of the property and serve as the landlord to its current tenants, which include retailers Subway, Sprint, The Bread Basket, UPS, and State Farm.
Colliers International Senior Vice President Jim Chaconas and his team represented the seller.
