Colliers International continued its growth in Michigan by hiring five new brokers for its Southfield, Mich.-based office. Managing director Paul Choukourian started the office in March of 2011, and recruited his first group of brokers in April of 2011. He has hired a total of 24 brokers to date.
Jim Roberts comes to Colliers from Lee & Associates where he was a principal for eight years. He has more than 12 years of commercial brokerage experience.
Christian Hill comes to Colliers from Lee & Associates where he was a principal for five years. He has more than 12 years of commercial brokerage experience.
Nick Cinqueranelli, a recent graduate of Michigan State University, will focus on industrial, R&D and warehouse space in Macomb County.
Kevin Holdridge comes to Colliers with a background in the energy sector where he represented exploration companies in their pursuit of property in the Midwest and central regions of the United States.
Matthew Jankowski will be focusing on tenant and landlord representation. He will be concentrating on office space in Detroit’s CBD.
