Jason Yale, 26, associate; and Alyssa Zerfass, 24, project coordinator, have joined Colliers International | Chicago’s Retail Investment Services Group led by industry veteran Peter Block. Based in the firm’s Rosemont office, the retail investment team is now composed of six individuals focused on advising retail property investors in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant net lease investments and multi-tenant shopping centers.
Jason Yale joins Colliers International from Millco Investments where he worked as an investment sales broker. Mr. Yale’s real estate career spans over six years with specializations in capital markets and retail leasing and development. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant shopping centers and single tenant net lease investments nationally.
Alyssa Zerfass has joined Colliers International after spending the past two years working as a marketing associate for The Shiner Group, LLC. Ms. Zerfass specializes in project coordination and tracking and will assist the team with building and strengthening client relationships.
