With the help of Colliers International, Jay Wolfe Automotive sold a 15,557-square-foot retail building at 1500 NW South Outer Road in Blue Springs, Mo., to UAP Properties, LLC.
The retail building sits on 3.88 acres of land.
Mark Arensberg of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller. The buyer was not represented.
