Siteimprove, a software company specializing in government tools, has signed a lease at Creekridge Office Center I in Bloomington, Minnesota.
The 42,000-square-foot building, located near Interstate-494 and Highway-100, was formerly home to Advance Auto Parts.
Located just 10 minutes from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, Creekridge Office Center I includes a three-story atrium lobby, Class-A interior finishes, and numerous area amenities including restaurants, hotels, and retail.
Steve Shepherd and Kevin O’Neill from Colliers International represented the landlords. Jim Damiani and Mike Brehm, also from Colliers, represented Siteimprove.
