Ryan Fisher, vice president, and Chris Seelig, first vice president and principal, of Colliers International represented MD Management Inc. and its partners in the sale of 58.5 acres of the former Southwyck Shopping Center on Reynolds Road in Toledo, Ohio.
Southwyck Shopping Center was open for 36 years before it closed on June 29, 2008, and was razed in 2009. The City of Toledo purchased the 58.5 acres in an effort to spur the redevelopment of the property.
A conceptual drawing for the site includes two headquarters buildings, a commercial use building, several green spaces and plenty of parking.
