Colliers International recently closed the lease of an 8,973-square-foot retail space at 14333 Fenkell Ave. in Detroit.
Christian Hill, vice president at Colliers International Detroit, represented the owner, Mouna Properties, LLC in the lease.
The retail property was previously owned and occupied by Value Plus Auto Parts. The new tenant, Eagle Specialties, LLC is a supplier of bathroom partitions, lockers and other associated accessories for the medical and commercial sectors.
