Colliers International in Cleveland closed a lease renewal with Dix & Eaton at 200 Public Square, a 1.2-million-square-foot Class-A office building in the heart of downtown Cleveland.
Dix & Eaton, a communications and public relations firm, recently relocated to one of the top floors of 200 Public Square. The company has been located at 200 Public Square for almost 10 years, and will now occupy 25,000 square feet on the 39th floor.
Brian Hurtuk, managing partner of Colliers International in Cleveland, leads the leasing team at 200 Public Square.
