Colliers International Ann Arbor has leased 14,440 square feet of space to Duo Security at 123 N. Ashley St. in downtown Ann Arbor, Mich.
Jim Chaconas and Brendan Cavender of Colliers International Ann Arbor were the sole brokers in this deal and represented both the tenant, Duo Security, and the landlord, Wickfield Properties.
Duo Security will be expanding and relocating its Ann Arbor office to this and other locations into multiple spaces that will be redeveloped to accommodate the growing company.
