Colliers International has announced that Frederick Regnery, SIOR, principal, and one of this year’s “Everest Club” honorees, was named top industrial producer of the Americas region and no. 2 overall producer.
Regnery, a 13-year veteran at the firm’s Chicago office, specializes in national tenant representation and logistics and supply chain consulting. He has represented clients such as Best Buy, Bridgestone, LG Electronics, and Ulta Cosmetics with their real estate needs nationwide.
In 2015, Regnery represented Naperville, IL-based KeHE Distributors, an organic food supplier, in lease negotiations for four new distribution centers from Georgia to Oregon totaling more than 1.6 million square feet, each ranging between 270,000 square feet and 450,000 square feet.
He earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
