Colliers International | Chicago has added Christine Torres as vice president in its Office Advisory Group, where she will focus on tenant representation.
She joins Colliers after five years with MB Real Estate, Inc., most recently as assistant vice president specializing in corporate services.
Torres began her career at Cambridge Realty Capital, LLC where she facilitated the due diligence process for a national lending firm specializing in conventional and HUD financing for senior housing properties.
She currently serves as co-president of the Lawrence Hall Junior Board, a not-for-profit child welfare agency assisting at-risk youth. She was also vice president of Marketing and Membership of the Chicago Youth Programs (CYP) Junior Board, where she executed various marketing strategies while serving underdeveloped Chicago neighborhoods. Additionally, Torres is a member of the ACLU Next Generation Board.
