Colliers International|West Michigan has named Kyle Sischo as its new managing director of real estate management services. He will oversee property management, customer service and asset management for Colliers’ clients and tenants.
As managing director of the real estate management services team, which handles property management for Colliers’ clients, Sischo will provide support for investor and tenant relations, long-term asset management planning for capital expenditures, and reporting. He will also use his background in financial analytics to ensure even more accurate reporting for Colliers’ clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Sischo was the executive vice president of a local commercial investment company, where he led a team that grew the firm’s portfolio of managed and owned properties by nearly 1 million square feet, and provided leadership and analysis for acquisitions of more than $65 million. He also oversaw day-to-day operations including lease administration, development, accounting, property management, acquisition, construction, project management and marketing. Sischo was also a manager for Hungerford Nichols CPAs + Consultants.
