Steve Everbach has joined Colliers International Group as president of the Central Region in the United States.
Everbach will focus on Colliers’ continued strategic expansion in the Central U.S. region,including such growth markets as Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Kansas City and Dallas-Fort Worth.
Everbach has held senior leadership positions in professional services firms and investment management and development companies. He also has a strong agency leasing background, having completed more than 8 million square feet of real estate transactions representing an aggregate value of more than $1.5 billion throughout his career.
