Tom Wardlow recently joined Colliers International’s Detroit office as a retail associate vice president.
Wardlow previously worked with L. Mason Capitani. He brings more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate to his new position. He boasts a background that includes practicing law, real estate development, land and retail site acquisition and a long tenure at Kmart as a director of real estate.
