Colliers International|Wisconsin has hired Brad Klawitter to serve as senior property manager, working out of the firm’s Madison, Wisconsin, office.
Last month, Colliers announced the opening of its Madison office with Chris Richards serving as managing director and market leader. Klawitter will bring extensive third-party property management experience and familiarity with the Madison and southwest Wisconsin marketplace.
Colliers manages about 12 million square feet state-wide and close to 1 million square feet in the greater Madison market with expectations for ongoing growth.
Prior to joining Colliers, Klawitter served in several different facilities and property management positions with Madison-area companies, including American Family Insurance.
