The Colliers International East Region Multifamily Advisory Group represented CORE Realty Holdings Management in the $32.5 million sale of a 1991 vintage, 300-unit multifamily building in Columbus, Ohio.
The Connor Group, based in Ohio, bought the property.
Will Mathews and Russ Williamson of Colliers International represented CORE in the transaction. This is the sixth transaction the East Region group has completed with CORE in 15 months.
