Colliers International negotiated the lease of 1,540 square feet of retail space to Zoey + Joey Hair Studio, located at 2139 W. Stadium Blvd. in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Max Goldman, senior vice president at Colliers International, and Lou Frango, senior associate, both represented the landlord in the lease of this property.
Taking over the space is Ann Arbor-based children’s hair salon Zoey + Joey Hair Studio, which is expected to move in late summer of this year.
