Kelly Joyce, vice president with Colliers International | Chicago’s Industrial Advisory Group, represented  EZ Worldwide Express in a 27,357-square-foot new lease at 377 Meyer Road in Bensenville.  The new lease represents the first Midwest location for the Elizabeth, N.J.-based freight and delivery company, which is a division of United Business xpress.

377 Meyer Road is a 60,000-square-foot facility located near the intersection of York Road and Foster Avenue in Bensenville.  The space to be occupied by EZ Worldwide Express features 11 docks and 2,620 square feet of office space.

“For its first Chicago area location, EZ Worldwide Express required a high-image facility with plenty of docks and quality office space,” Joyce said.  “The characteristics of this property were all factors in EZ’s decision to make this their first Chicago-area location.”

Owner Liberty Property Trust was represented by Kevin Segerson of CB Richard Ellis.
