Optimus is now offering that property for sale through exclusive agents Brian T. Pohl, executive vice president; and Tyler R. Hague, associate of Colliers International.

Optimus will be occupying the 11th and 12th floors in The Wrigley Building’s North tower. The highly customized offices will feature open space and a newly built large spiral staircase joining the floors. It is being designed by interior architect Graham, Anderson.
