Colliers International recently closed the sale of Canal Street Commerce Center, a Class-A, 146,532-square-foot infill industrial building in the Menomonee Valley near downtown Milwaukee.
The building sits at 1207-1301 W. Canal Street. Two long-term anchor tenants have recently signed leases here, Jason Industries and Stamm Technologies. These new leases brought occupancy at the building to 100 percent.
A group led by LCM Funds Real Estate acquired the property. The seller was Ziegler/Bence Partners 5, LLC, which had developed the building in 2007.
