Colliers International|Wisconsin recently closed the sale of 600 N. Broadway in Milwaukee, a 23,796-square-foot office.
The office property is located in the East Side Commercial Historic District along the Streetcar Phase I route.
600 North Broadway Partners, LLC sold the property to 600 North Broadway, LLC, for $1.55 million.
Anchor tenants include law firm End, Hierseman & Crain, Mahler Enterprises and investment firm Bronfman E.L. Rothschild.
Tom Shepherd and Cory Sovine of Colliers International represented the seller in the sale. Bruce Westling of NAI MLG Commercial represented the buyer.
