Colliers International recently closed the sale of the Free State Business Center, a 37,922-square-foot office building at 1201 Wakarusa Drive in Lawrence, Kansas.
Park View Investments, LLC purchased the building.
Allison Vance Moore and Marilyn Bittenbender of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller. The buyer was not represented.
