Colliers International has closed the sale of the Post Park and Shadeland Business Center portfolio in Indianapolis.
The portfolio is made up of 8740 Boehning Lane, 8719-8813 Boehning Lane, 8825-8909, 2150 Boehning Lane and 3140-3192 N. Shadeland Ave. The light-industrial portfolio totals 231,803 square feet, and is located in the east industrial submarket of Indianapolis.
Alex Cantu, head of investment sales with Colliers International|Indianapolis, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, DRA Advisors.
Congaree River LLC, an investment manager in Chicago, purchased the asset.
