Colliers International has closed the sale of Devonshire Station, a retail center at 6404 Rucker Road in Indianapolis. The center totals 9,222 square feet and is located on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
Devonshire Station is home to Morellis Cleaners, Binford Café and Black Diamond BBQ.
Alex Davenport, investment sales associate with Colliers International|Indianapolis, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, Lor Corporation. Better Things, LLC, an investment manager based out of San Jose, California, purchased the asset. This is the buyer’s first acquisition in Indianapolis.
