Colliers International has sold the former Borders Corporate Headquarters in South Ann Arbor, Mich.
The office complex consists of two buildings totaling 330,000 square feet of office space. Colliers International Ann Arbor represented the seller, Modern Woodman of America. One lease for 65,000 square feet has already been signed by Gold Star Mortgage and Colliers International Ann Arbor has been retained to exclusively list the remaining vacant space.
“The property is one of the last office buildings in Ann Arbor with any large floor plate space left. It is an excellent opportunity for any large company that wants to move into the very strong Ann Arbor region,” said Jim Chaconas, a broker with Colliers International Ann Arbor.
