Colliers International has sold a former Burger King restaurant at 172 W. 14 Mile Road in Clawson, Mich.
Brian Whitfield of Colliers International represented both the buyer and seller in the sale. He closed the sale within two months of landing the downtown Clawson listing.
The buyer plans to convert the former fast-food restaurant into a bar and grill.
