Jon Busse, Joe Crotty and Josh McFadyen of Colliers International’s San Diego region represented the buyer, the Kuhn Family Trust. Justin Zahn of CIA Commercial Investment Advisors represented the seller, 4 G Properties, LLC.
The property is leased to Westar Food, a Hardee’s franchisee with 36 locations. The property is adjacent to retailers including Walmart, True Value Rental, Dollar General, Advance Auto Parts, Peebles, Anytime Fitness and O’Reilly Auto Parts.
