Colliers International represented the University of Michigan Credit Union with its purchase of the historic former First Presbyterian Church at 2930 Woodward Ave. in Detroit.

Ben Hubert and Ben Rosenzweig, Vice Presidents at Colliers International in Detroit, represented the University of Michigan Credit Union in this purchase. The credit union will allow the church’s current tenant, the Ecumenical Theological Seminary, to remain in the building as they build a new 4,000-square-foot branch onsite.

With branches already in Ann Arbor, Flint, Dearborn and Ypsilanti, University of Michigan Credit Union’s new branch will sit just one block north of the new Little Caesars Arena in Downtown Detroit.
