Colliers International has closed the sales of two single-tenant net-leased industrial facilities in Park 100, on the northwest side of Indianapolis. This is the market’s largest industrial park.
Park 100 Building 133 is located at 5251 E. 81st St. and Park 100 Building 641 is located at 6061 Guion Road.
Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport, with Colliers International of Indianapolis, facilitated both transactions on behalf of the seller, Shear Property Group. Tower Investments, LLC, an investment manager based out of Woodland, California, purchased the assets. Thomas Willey, of Reliant Partners, represented the buyer.
Park 100 Building 641 is an 87,064-square-foot CSX rail-served manufacturing and distribution facility. The property is 100 percent leased to Mauser Packaging Solutions, a long-term occupier of the facility.
Park 100 Building 133 is a 20,530-square-foot warehouse facility that is 100 percent leased to Iron Mountain Information Management. Park 100 is a 19-million-square-foot industrial park offering near immediate access to the city’s I-465 loop.
