Colliers International sells pair of multi-family properties in Indiana

The Wernke Team of Colliers International|Indiana Region recently sold two multi-family properties located in Elkhart, Ind., totaling 171 units.

Greenleaf Hunter’s Pond is a 76-unit apartment community made up of 19 two-story buildings. The unit mix consists of 52 two-bedroom/one-and-a-half bathroom units and 24 two-bedroom/two-bath apartments.

Woodwind Apartments is a 95-unit apartment community made up of five two-story apartment buildings. The unit mix consists of 30 one-bedroom, 64 two-bedroom and 1 three-bedroom units. The property also has 79 detached garages.

Both properties were listed by Michael Wernke with Colliers on behalf of Greenleaf Hunter’s Pond LLC and Woodwind Apartments Limited Partnership. An affiliate of Birge and Held Asset Management purchased the properties for an undisclosed price.
