Priam Capital, a Nashville-based real estate investment firm, recently purchased 1400 and 1404 Goodale Blvd. in Columbus, Ohio, for $12.7 million, with the help of Colliers International.

The two buildings offer just more than 80,000 square feet of office space. The portfolio is located just outside downtown Columbus, in one of the city’s busiest office markets, Grandview Heights.

This is Priam Capital’s first move into the Columbus market.

Dan Dunsmoor and Ross Lanford of Colliers International represented the seller of the properties. They have also been retained by Priam Capital to handle leasing and management.
